I came to Modo Yoga London in 2007 seeking a physical challenge that would complement my vigorous skating training. Later, Modo became a lifeline when I needed emotional support during a difficult personal change in my life. As time unfolded, the Modo Community became a family for me: a home away from home, a safe place where I could feel comfortable with who I am.

In 2014, I travelled to Kelowna, British Columbia to take my Modo Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training. I am thrilled and honoured to be part of the teaching crew at Modo Yoga London and I hope to expand my horizons with future training in Modo Flow, Power, and Kids’ Yoga.

Beyond the hot room, I continue to skate, a pastime I started when I was 7 years old. Music also plays a huge part in my life, gravitating to the heart-pleasing sounds of my piano whenever I have a spare moment or two.

Exploring the global community lights a fire in me. I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity in home-building projects in Zambia, travelling there in May 2018.

The world holds no barriers for me! I love to talk about my life-enriching experiences, so never hesitate to ask!
